How each step works
Rate — ANZ “You Buy”: 1 NZD = X foreign. Internally NZD = amount ÷ rate.
Line total (foreign) = Qty × Unit price.
Line total (NZD) = Line total ÷ rate — product cost only, no freight yet.
Share of order = this line’s NZD value ÷ total order value — its fair share of costs.
Allocated (NZD) = Share × Total additional costs — its portion of freight, domestic & other.
Landed total (NZD) = Line total NZD + Allocated.
★ Landed/unit (NZD) = Landed total ÷ Qty — use this for pricing.
Factor (×) = Landed total ÷ Line total foreign. Self-verify: Unit price × Factor = Landed/unit.
